Metered Street parking is available within a block of my office;

Clients are responsible for any parking fees.
There are two 60 min parking spots behind 291 King Street available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you use one, you must notify the concierge upon arrival.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive as close to your appointment start time as possible.
Please come in and sit in the waiting room, your counsellor will
come out and welcome you in at your scheduled appointment time.
How do I make a change to my appointment?
If you need to reschedule your appointment please contact your counsellor via email directly.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with 24 hours’ notice by contacting your counsellor via email to reschedule.
Missed appointments and short notice cancelled appointments will incur an invoice at the current rate and must be settled prior to rescheduling.
Will I receive an email confirming my appointment?
You will receive an E-mail From ‘Jane’ to confirm to your appointment.
